Our products are recovered and go through our workshop or that of collaborating specialists, for review and restoration, before being put up for sale.
These are not new parts, so they may have some defects or wear and tear from use or the passage of time.
Our listings include detailed photos of the product showing its condition, as well as specifications regarding any imperfections or defects. Any claims made after the fact regarding these issues will not be accepted.
The price is applied based on its age, quality and condition, and may vary according to market demands.
Payments
Payment for the product will be made through the website’s own payment gateway.
For those items that the application does not allow, since a transport calculation on demand is required, it will be done by bank transfer.
Always before preparing the shipment and never cash on delivery.
In the case of on-demand transport calculation, the quote will be sent via email to the email address provided by the customer and the item will not be reserved until payment is received.
The invoice will be sent via email at the customer’s request.
Shipping
Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and will be managed by El Guateque and always paid before the merchandise is shipped.
This cost varies depending on the dimensions, weight and destination of the product and may be updated according to the requirements of the transport industry, which are independent of our company.
In the case of custom orders, if the customer wishes to arrange their own shipping, El Guateque will not be responsible for preparing the shipment (handling and packaging) or for the condition in which the product arrives at its destination. No claims will be accepted for damage incurred during shipping.
Our parcel shipments are made through Nacex in 24h express transport, with insurance in case of loss or breakage.
For bulky items, deliveries to nearby destinations, or fragile products, we have partnered with other carriers. For this reason, we require a longer delivery time to find the best service and route. This period can range from 5 to 20 days.
In no case will we be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the shipping service. If you encounter any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 690137511 and we will try to expedite the delivery.
We will also not be responsible if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If the package is returned to our company, we may retain the cost of return shipping before issuing a refund for the order cancellation.
For bulky items, it will be necessary to know the accessibility at the destination (pedestrian street, restricted access, parking availability, etc.), whether the building has an elevator, if there is a narrow or wide staircase, and the actual height of the destination premises (including mezzanines and ground floors). If the property’s situation is not adequately detailed and more than one worker or lifting platform is required, the transport estimate will need to be revised, and the customer will be responsible for the cost.

Returns
Before purchasing an item, please carefully review the images and read the condition description. Remember that our items are not new and may have imperfections. If you have any questions, please contact us at
info@elguatequebcn.com and we can send you a detailed video of the item before you complete your purchase. We do not accept returns for items with reported and detailed defects.
When you receive the package, check with the delivery person that the packaging hasn’t been damaged. If you notice anything unusual, note it on their delivery slip or PDA and keep a copy, and also take photos of the package.
Once unpacked, please check that the item is in good condition. If there is any damage, take photos of everything and contact us the same day via WhatsApp at +34 690137511 so we can act as soon as possible.
Please remember that the item is insured, so if it can be repaired or replaced, we will collect it to resolve the issue. Otherwise, we will need to file a claim with the insurance company and will require as much evidence as possible to justify the damage caused during transport. This assessment, as well as the refund, may take up to 30 days.
